Revelation 16:4-6

^[a] ⁴Then the third angel poured out his bowl into the rivers and the springs of water, and they became blood. ^[b] ⁵Then I heard the angel of the waters saying,

“Righteous are You—the Holy One, who
is and who was—
    because You have passed these judgments.
⁶For they have poured out the blood
    of kedoshim and prophets,
and You have given them blood to drink^[c]—
    they are deserving!”
